Meet the BB&R Design-Build Team

Kevin is the founder and principal of BB&R Design-Build, bringing 30+ years of residential and commercial construction experience supported by a Civil Engineering degree from WPI. He leads a talented, tight-knit team focused on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and projects that genuinely improve how clients live in their homes.

Design runs in Jane’s DNA. As a second-generation interior designer with a formal education from  Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), she pairs technical expertise with a sharp eye for detail, shaping interiors that strike the perfect balance of beauty, function, and livability. Clients appreciate her collaborative approach and her ability to elevate any space with intention.

John is the steady hand that keeps projects moving with clarity and confidence. With a degree in Architecture and more than 30 years of residential construction and design-build experience, he blends technical expertise with real-world jobsite insight. His leadership and calm, solutions-oriented approach have been instrumental in shaping BB&R into the trusted company it is today.

Kelsey brings order, clarity, and consistency to our operation. She keeps our books clean and organized, manages the office, and supports a wide range of sales and project-coordination tasks—ensuring everything runs smoothly from the front desk to the jobsite. As she steps further into project management and expands her responsibilities, she continues to elevate both our internal workflow and the overall client experience.

Casey brings clarity and creativity to every project. With formal training from Wentworth Institute of Technology and more than a decade of architectural experience, he leads both our architectural and custom cabinetry design workflows. As the primary driver of our Chief Architect software, he produces detailed, accurate models that help clients visualize their future homes with confidence. His thoughtful process results in spaces that feel intentional, functional, and tailored to each client’s lifestyle.

Jeff brings nearly 40 years of carpentry and construction experience to every project. His meticulous attention to detail, steady leadership, and deep technical skill make him one of our most trusted field professionals. Clients consistently tell us how much they appreciate having Jeff on their project team.

Rico quickly proved himself as one of our most dependable and skilled lead carpenters. He brings a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a willingness to take on whatever the project demands. His craftsmanship shows in the details, and his reliable, solutions-driven presence is felt on every jobsite. Clients love working with him, and our team counts on him every day.

Jackson grew up around the trades, first jumping in during high-school summers before attending a technical program for HVAC and working in that field. A few years later he made the transition back to carpentry and the family business, where working with his hands came naturally.  Since joining the team full-time, he’s developed into a skilled, detail-driven carpenter who tackles everything from structural framing to meticulous finish work. Jackson brings a great mix of skill, focus, and enthusiasm to every job, and we’re grateful to have him on the team—and even more grateful he’s our son.

As one of the newest members of our carpentry team, Jack has already proven himself as a dependable and thoughtful contributor. His calm, easygoing presence—paired with genuine enthusiasm for the craft—makes him a strong support to our lead carpenters and a welcome addition to every project.

Diana brings a strong foundation in graphic design from RISD, along with years of hands-on marketing experience supporting small businesses. Her blend of creative talent and practical strategy helps shape thoughtful, effective brand storytelling and ensures our work is represented with clarity and impact.
