As a young and growing family prepared to welcome a new addition, the limitations of their existing second-floor layout became undeniable. An awkward area defined by unusual angles and complex rooflines sat largely unusable, completely disconnected from the surrounding bedroom spaces, yet it represented the home's greatest untapped potential.
